Fitness Exercise Program and Weight Loss Secrets of Supermodel Host Jennifer Hawkins Uncovered

Jennifer Hawkins is one of the world’s most beautiful women. She’s also the creative force behind Cozi swimwear and the face of Make Me A

Supermodel but even former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins has days when she doesn’t want to look in a mirror. In her magazine interviews, she reveals how the

right attitude, clever fitness exercise program and a healthy weight loss diet plan can make your summer beach body dreams an eye-catching reality as can be read on www.howcelebritiesloseweight.com

The Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan of a Miss Universe

Jennifer Hawkins is all about healthy weight loss. She says if she needs to drop a dress size really quickly, don’t expect her to turn to diet supplements or do any of those crazy rapid weight loss programs. Instead, she dishes out these weight loss tips: avoid any processed foods and white
food in your normal diet plan. The Supermodel host says the white food ban isn’t a strict rule because life gets pretty boring when you make too many rules, although it’s a great one to keep in mind.

She also says drinking lots of water can greatly help in one’s weight loss plan, especially when you’re trying to lose weight for a big day – be it a wedding or a bikini unveiling. Another weight loss advice she dishes out is to replace your milky cappuccinos with macchiatos. New Idea details
a sample of Jennifer’s exact diet plan for a week.

Fitness Exercise Program of a Miss Universe

Jen says she’s lucky to have grown up doing lots of cardio exercises through sports so she’s always ready to exercise. “I love exercise. It’s my favorite part of the day,” she confesses. But Jen says it’s also important to remember that you need to allow yourself some time off from exercise. She takes a day off from her fitness exercise program every three days or so as mentioned in www.howcelebritiesloseweight.com

If you hate exercise, Jen has this to say: Just give it a go! Start by taking a 20-minute walk exercise twice a week and then the rest will follow. Jen does her fitness training exercises 4-5 times a week, by walking and she also does joint yoga and Pilates exercises. “Everyone gets a glow when they do exercise – it’s pretty much a cliché those things but I know when I exercise I feel better, I feel more confident.”
