Natural Remedies.

Even if you have lost your appetite, you want to do your best to keep eating. It is a good idea to stick to soups, and give your body a break from digestion. Eat as much fruit, and vegetables as possible.

Increase your consumption of garlic, ginger, and onions. Sip on hot water with lemon, cinnamon, and honey. Avoid sugary, refined products, as these foods tax your immune system for hours after you consume them.
