Kristin Davis is best know for her role in the Sex and the City as Charlotte York. There is a lot more to Kristin Davis though then just that. Kristin Davis is a very healthy person. She really has a very healthy living. She did not drink even during the Sex and the City show where she many times pretended to. She has been sober for 20 years. But, just like the rest of us, she does a sweet spot. According to her, she has a “guilty pleasure” and that is desserts. She loves to bake and eat chocolate so in order to control her urges she bakes for other people or only for special occasions.While on the show she never felt the pressure to lose weight or go on a weight loss diet. “Focusing on being thin really does not work for me, so I focus on being healthyand having energy. I think life is too short – and frankly, I love chocalate. There was a certain point when I realized: You know what? I’m just not going to be the thinest actress out there. There’s always going to be a thinner girl out there. I don’t think you get parts based on being the thinnest girl. I don’t think you fall in love based on being the thinnest girl.
